Fundación RANA, the website controller, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), State Official Gazette No. 166, and to inform all the site users about the terms of use.
Anyone accessing this site shall be considered a user, and will undertake to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.
Fundación RANA reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on its website, without any obligation to notify or inform the users, being the publication on Fundación RANA’s website sufficient.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the CONTROLLER’s prior written authorisation is needed before the full or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation. All this information is registered in an activity file of a duly registered server that enables the data’s subsequent processing in order to obtain only statistical measurements to know the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to the web servers, the visits order, the access point, etc.
To resolve any disputes or issues related to this website or the activities performed therein, the parties will be expressly subject to the Spanish legislation, and the Courts closest to Palma will be competent to resolve all disputes arising thereof.
